Do you offer a free trial of your services?

Yes, we can offer you one month of free services so you can see how we operate and if we are good fit. This is at no obligation to you, no contractual obligations. Are there termination clauses in your contracts?

Yes, all our contracts have easy termination clauses. We do not like to bind up our customers with handcuffed contracts. If you are not satisfied with our services, we will work really hard to make it right. But in the very off-chance you feel we are not the right fit, you can terminate your services with us. We can proudly state that we have never lost a customer to a competitor. Really. Never!

How hard is it to switch from my current IT company to yours?

It is not hard at all. We do a free assessment of your current IT and then bring your business and systems into our processes and systems and you will have a worry-free end-to-end IT department at a fraction of the cost of a full-blow IT division. It is hard to pin-point a cost. But here are some rough estimates. 10 employees will be about $2,000 a month which includes anything and everything you need in IT. We become your IT department and take care of all your IT needs, including 365x24x7 monitoring all your devices, upgrades, updates, support, helpdesk, consulting, cyber-watch, and all IT asset management.

Is my data safe with you?

Our first choice is to backup all your data, devices to the Microsoft Azure Cloud. Being Certified partners we get the best tier of support from Microsoft. For companies that do not prefer the public cloud, we have our own secure data centers with redundancy and colocation. We have been hosting companies in our data centers for over 2 decades.
