Gap Analysis
Based on our discovery, we perform a Gap Analysis of your current technology as compared to Industry best practices and standards based on our 15+ years of experience in your industry and through our Continuous Learning frameworks through networking, attending seminars, webinars and talking to business leaders, pioneers and thought leaders. We engage with you during this stage to ensure we are updating our analysis with your business environment.

Timeline: 2-3 weeks
Best Practices Report
Based on our Gap Analysis we present a report to you of our findings. The report is an actionable roadmap that will allow you to scale your technology and infrastructure with your business. Specific components include - Risk Assessment, Tech Compliance Assessment, Infrastructure Analysis, Security Assessment, Endpoint Exposure Analysis and if there are improvements needed - typical Costs, Timelines to bridge gaps.

Timeline: 1-2 weeks
If we believe we are best-for each other, we turn our Best-Practices Report into a Contract. Our Contracts are simple and does not bind our Customers because we only work with organizations that value our beliefs, systems and processes as opposed to IT contracts that have long-winded geek-talk and constraints. Our contracts are Monthly Retainers with set objectives and service levels which we report on in our Live Dashboard.

Timeline: 1 week
iSectra Framework Implementation
We take over your Infrastructure & systems and bring them up to par - we always assess risk/reward before we make any big changes. Most of this has already been assessed in our Discovery so there are no surprises. We set up remote monitoring, device management tools, security frameworks, process engineering tools and reporting dashboards

Timeline: 2-4 weeks
Support Systems
Finally we setup our "Always On” support systems. We pride on the fact that we are always available to our customers. They completely rely on us for all things technology, systems and infrastructure for this reason. We are available by phone, text, email, chat and in-person as needed. Our ticketing system is readily available and all communication channels also create tickets automatically. Our dashboards provide ticket updates, status messages and service level reporting.
